We leave you with this parting thought from Amy: “My role as an advisor is to educate families and business leaders on options and support systems available to assist in their continued growth and aligned vision. It is the families’ role to align and select which options best fit their needs. Once the family is aligned on their decision, I assist the family, owners, and leadership team in developing their implementation plan and ensuring it stays on target.”

Until next Monday: May you have the wisdom to plan ahead, and the courage to know what truly matters. — Hope Katz Gibbs, founder, and president, Inkandescent® Inc.
